Trendy Pants

Updated: Feb 9, 2022

King of our wardrobe, pants still dress us this season in various and varied cuts and colours, just to flatter all silhouettes.

Summer and winter are an integral part of our wardrobe basics. Alongside our favourite jeans, the pants are available to suit all styles and sublimate all body types. Cuts, materials, colours, and prints.

In terms of style this season, the wide cut is the star, long or cropped version, with the desire for oversize, comfort, and fluidity. Pieces to be worn with a fitted top, a close-fitting sweater, or a shirt tucked in to balance the silhouette.

Seventies-influenced flared or flared pants will also lengthen all legs this season. Or THE piece to slim down in the blink of an eye. More casual but just as chic, cargo pants remain a safe bet, as do the timeless carrot pants and paper bag pants to pull out in all circumstances.

The leather pants meanwhile always have everything great to guarantee a rock and glam look without a false note.

Finally, exit the low waist this season, and we have the high waist pants to refine the waist with style and slender. Femininity guaranteed.

On the palette side, we continue to have fun with colours and prints to prolong the summer without forgetting the ultra-chic and easy to tame natural shades. Also in the spotlight are pastel colours like sky blue, almond green, powder pink or even the star mauve.

There is also room for prints. Star checks, also, floral patterns and graphic houndstooth.

What to wear with your pants to stay stylish?

Once you've found pants that suit your body type, it's up to you to mix them with your seasonal tops for stylish outfits. We, therefore, remember to favour tight-fitting when the bottom remains oversized or flared. And vice versa.

At the heart of the trends this season, the blouse with a large wide collar will cause a sensation. Like small cardigans, fine sweaters, and large knits.

The must-haves to pull out without hesitation: the overshirt with maxi pockets worn open or the quilted jacket, thinner than a down jacket, perfect for bringing that extra fashion soul to your ensemble.

As for shoes, we're still going for the chunky boot this season, without forgetting trendy boots and ankle boots in a coloured or metallic version. We love it!

It's your turn!
