What to Wear in August?

Already the month of August, it is crazy how quickly summer passes! The weather is mild and outdoor activities are on the increase. You want to look your best and feel good in your clothes.

This month, we are showing you the hottest summer trends, which will make you feel like you are on holiday all the time!

To make the most of summer and add some colour to your wardrobe, here is what to wear in August.

If there is one piece of clothing in our wardrobe that gives us the same level of comfort as pyjamas, it is the maxi dress! Fluid, light, and so feminine, it is very flattering for the figure.

We particularly like the pretty floral pattern of this one, its plunging neckline and its adjustable size. So pretty that we want to get it in all colours!

If we were to create an outfit from the word holiday, the result would look very much like this one. The ultra-loose white peasant-style dress, the straw hat, the sunglasses, the waist bag and the white espadrilles: everything is there!

We fall for the shirt poplin dress.

In the same vein as the maxi dress, the midi skirt is also a piece that allows us to be at the height of comfort, without compromising our style. This month, we are falling for styles with a touch of floral, like this hot pink print skirt.

Pair it with an oversized light cardigan for a dressy look.

Long necklaces to layer are the key element of all your summer outfits! Worn with a simple white t-shirt, dress or even a swimsuit, they will add the perfect dose of style to any outfit.

This month, opt for this pretty two-layered heart dainty chain necklace.

You can also wear several necklaces of different lengths together to create your original arrangements!

For a successful look every time this summer, pair a simple floral miniskirt with a colourful t-shirt. The contrast between the more colourful and girly side at the bottom versus the more causal aspect at the top is perfectly balanced!

This principle also works with other types of patterns. If you have a plaid skirt, for example, you could recreate a similar look.

The red minidress is like the little black dress for summer. Light, fluid and flattering, you can pair it with different accessories to give it a dressier look or more casual depending on the occasion.

The shorts have seen a real boom this year, and they are not going to go away! This summer, wear it with an oversized tee, a waist bag (or shoulder bag) and a pair of sandals or sneakers of your choice.

This summer, stripes are all the rage! We fell in love with this button through smock midi dress.

Striped pieces are especially hot this summer, and this dress is the perfect reflection of that trend! Wear it with a pretty hat and a pair of flats.

Summer wouldn’t be the same without our favourite flip flops.

What do we like the most about these flip flops? Art deco palm beach design.
